General Return Guidelines
Accessory Products
You may return unused accessory items within 10 days with a 25 % restocking fee, excluding shipping costs. Items must be in original packaging and 100% original condition, with all labels and paperwork intact. To start a return, please contact us by phone or email.
Firearms
All firearm sales are final. Once a firearm transfer has been accepted, it is considered used and is not eligible for return or a refund.

Warranty Information
New Firearms
Coverage: All new firearms are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty. For repairs or adjustments, please contact the manufacturer directly.
Used Firearms
Used firearms are sold as is; no warranty is expressed or implied.
Special Items & Exceptions
Electronic Devices & Optics (Includes hearing protection, lasers, rangefinders, lights, etc.) Covered under the manufacturer’s warranty only. Must be returned directly to the manufacturer for service.
No returns or refunds accepted by us.
Ammunition, optics, and electronics. These items are not returnable.
Order Issues Wrong Item or Shipping Error
If you received the wrong item, we will provide a replacement or full refund when returned within 7 days of receipt.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Missing or shorted items must be reported within 7 days of receipt. We will seek prosecution of any person submitting fraudulent claims.
Order Cancellations & Refusals
Refused shipments will incur return shipping charges and a 25% restocking fee.
Shipping Policy
- VERIFY THE ITEM IN THIS LISTING COMPLIES WITH YOUR STATE LAW BEFORE PURCHASING. If you are unsure of the legal status of the item in your jurisdiction, please consult an attorney. If an item is returned due to it not being legal in the customer's state or city, the customer is responsible for return shipping and a 30% restocking fee.
- Items are sold AS-IS. We will not modify products (such as removing magazines, modifying magazines, disassembling firearms, or shipping parts separately) to meet compliance requirements. The customer should check with their FFL and confirm they can and will make the modifications.

- Serialized items must be shipped to a FEDERAL FIREARMS DEALER.
- Combined shipping on multiple orders is not available. Each order must be shipped individually.
- Each order has a handling/processing period of 1-2 business days before shipment. This period begins once payment and FFL are received.
- All items will ship via UPS or FedEx, ground or 2nd Day, depending on the item, with Adult Signature required.

Terms of Use
Welcome to THE TACTICAL STORE powered by Orchid websites (all pages), software and services products (collectively referred to as our “Software”). This Software and associated web-based services (including all functionality and content on orchidadvisors.com) are owned wholly by Orchid LLC, a Connecticut corporation (“Orchid”).

1. Interpretation and Definitions
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.

We do not sell personal information.
